" Sturt's Desert Pea" handpainted silk scarf by Jane Hinde. This is a hand painted square silk scarf using acid-based dyes which are steam-fixed making it fast to light and washing. The design is drawn on with gutta - a mixture of paraffin wax and rubber cement - and acts as a barrier to the dyes.
Size: 90 x 90 cm
