Returns and Cancellations
Workshops
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the workshop commencement - full refund less $ 10 administration fee.
Cancellation up to 14 days prior to the workshop commencement - 50% refund less $10 administration fee.
Cancellations less than 14 days before the workshop commencement will receive no refund. Tutors are booked, and the costs of the workshop must be covered.
The Society of Arts and Crafts of New South Wales reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum enrollment is not reached. If a workshop is cancelled, participants will be offered places in other workshops or a full refund, if preferred.
Online shop
If your ordered item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item at sales@artsandcraftsnsw.com.au, stating the reason for your claim. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
To be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back until we have sent you return instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once its been inspected by the maker.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks of receipt of returned item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@artsandcraftsnsw.com.au and we will send you instructions on how to return the item. Each item sold in the online gallery is a one off original, and the replacement will be similar but not exactly the same as the original item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
